Just a decent fit for a quick visit in Santiago with great value for money. The food was okay, but the wine was served lukewarm, coming from the red wine storage. Consider dining out instead of the hotel restaurant for better options.

Great spot for couples

The location is excellent, I mean really excellent, super close to places you want to see. Plus, there’s this incredible view over the Santiago library from the room that made it special. I loved waking up to that. And the staff, I gotta say, they were friendly, like they actually cared.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

The location was superb, with quick access to restaurants and landmarks. The Superior King Room was clean and spacious, featuring a fantastic view, although the bathroom was a bit tighter compared to the room size. Staff were friendly and helpful, but the breakfast left much to be desired with limited options beyond the basics. Having a microwave or more heating options would have improved the dining experience.

I enjoyed my stay at a well-maintained hotel where the spacious room had both a heater and air conditioning to keep me comfortable. I particularly loved lounging by the sunny pool and unwinding in the leisure room after a long day of sightseeing. The exceptional service from Ray at reception made our stay memorable. He went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation even on his day off.

My stay at Mercure was enjoyable, marked by clean and comfortable accommodations. The location is ideal, conveniently situated near the national library and within walking distance to major attractions. The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant experience, especially during meals in the restaurant, where the food was satisfactory.

The area felt a bit unsafe at times with noticeable street vendors and graffiti.

Santiago's culinary scene is a buffet of joy! The hotel’s restaurant, while not five-star, serves decent bites, but just steps away, gems like Amaranto and San Remo are must-tries! Super friendly staff made our stay extra comfy.

I had a great stay, especially thanks to the wonderful staff, particularly Felix and Luiz, who provided helpful information about the area. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the Santa Lucia Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. However, I didn't appreciate the limited breakfast options, which could use some variety.
